
Emma joined Catapult in 2017. She has spent the past four years working as a development consultant and leadership coach, and prior to that spent time in the public sector as a Senior Learning and Development Advisor. Emma was a senior officer in the Royal New Zealand Air Force, and held both command positions and specialist roles in HR, Training, and various project roles.
Emma is renowned for her presentation skills. During her time in the Air Force, she facilitated their Women’s Development forums, was MC for the International Air Power Conference hosted by the Chief of Air Force, and ran numerous workshops on diversity, leadership, and presentation skills. She has been a guest lecturer at Weltec, and a panellist at the international Pride in Defence Conference.
Emma’s strategic thinking allows her to make new connections for people, while her flexibility of style means her coaching and facilitation always hits the mark.
Emma holds a BA in English, Diploma of Education, and is currently in her final year of a Masters in Management. She holds accreditations in MBTI, TMS, and is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.
