Andrea blends expertise in leadership, facilitation, sustainability, culture and teamwork to support leaders, teams, and organisations to be future-fit.

Andrea has more than 25 years’ experience in custom-designing leadership development programmes, including:

  • The Sustainability Leadership Programme in partnership with the Sustainable Business Council.
  • The Public Health Leadership Programme which was funded by the Ministry of Health, ran from 2010 to 2022, and has over 500 graduates from across the public health system.
  • In-house leadership programmes for many leading New Zealand organisations including Fire and Emergency NZ, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, PGG Wrightson, The Salvation Army.

Andrea has vast experience working with organisational culture, including:

  • Facilitating the co-creation of organisational purpose, vision, values, and strategy (e.g. Mercury Energy, Ministry of Defence).
  • Supporting people to thrive during change utilising the Catapult Leading Change Toolkit.

She has a passion and recognised expertise in facilitating systems change. Recent examples include facilitating:

  • The Construction Sector Accord’s environment work stream to create a roadmap for transforming the sector’s environmental impacts.
  • The creation of a National Career System Strategy.
  • Various national hui on climate change and biodiversity solutions.
