Andrea is a co-founder and co-CEO of Catapult. A leadership expert, Andrea has more than 20 years’ experience in leadership development programmes and creating leadership cultures. Leadership programmes Andrea has designed include:
- The Sustainability Leadership Programme in partnership with the Sustainable Business Council.
- The Public Health Leadership Programme funded by the Ministry of Health. Over 500 public health leaders from across Aotearoa have participated since 2010.
- In-house leadership programmes for AUT, Fire and Emergency NZ, Mercury Energy, PGG Wrightson, The Salvation Army, and many more.
Andrea has vast experience working with organisational culture, including:
- Facilitating the co-creation of organisational purpose, vision, values, and strategy (e.g. Mercury Energy, Ministry of Defence).
- Supporting people to thrive during change utilising the Catapult Leading Change Toolkit.
She has a passion and recognised expertise in facilitating systems change. Recent examples include facilitating:
- The Construction Sector Accord’s environment workstream to create a roadmap for transforming the sector’s environmental impacts.
- The creation of a National Career System Strategy.
Andrea is a graduate of:
- Harvard University Kennedy School Adaptive Leadership programme.
- Cambridge University Sustainability Leadership (Business Sustainability Management).
- NeuroLeadership (certificate).
- Victoria University of Wellington: LLB (Hons).
Prior to co-founding Catapult, Andrea had six years in professional services as a lawyer and management consultant, GM and programme leader for a multi-national training and development company in NZ and the US.
